Overview

In order to be able to send any email notifications for most Skyetel features (For example: SMS, MMS, vFax), you must configure your SMTP settings in our portal.

There are no valid, default defined SMTP settings for your account. The pre-filled values are NOT a valid, working SMTP configuration and only placeholder text values.

You can set this up by logging into your Skyetel Portal and clicking the Settings gears icon in the top right ​of the Skyetel Portal:

You can then click the SMTP tab and enter your specific SMTP parameters:

When complete, simply click the button.
